Down to the wire
Liz has a doctor's visit today. They will decide if it is a Csection or letting nature take its course. Those are the facts as I know them. This was all explained to me as we were driving around last night. Will was yelling in the back, Raffi was blaring on the stereo, Liz was talking, and I was trying to navigate the streets of St. Louis Park.
Going back to my Cold, Yet Bold, Spicy Tuna Wrap for just one second. As many of you know, I'm one of those cooks who really doesn't believe in exact ingredient measurements. Hell, if it needs more pepper, then it needs more pepper. You gotta eat it, so you decide. However, there are some folks who enjoy eating the food I make, but are--let's say--a little more "type A" when it comes to cooking and require exact measurements. I won't mention names, but it's strange to think that two different creative types can come from the same DNA. Well, I made the tuna wrap I described on this site and noticed a couple of things. 1) 1/4 cup of chopped onions is a lot more than I put in. 2) JalapeƱos should be used according to IST (individual spicy tolerance) standards. That's it now. No more sandwich banter. Perhaps I'll give away the secret to my ribs next. Honestly, I'll put them up against any ribs, any time.
